    Contractor with terrible customer service

    Did a driveway widening project. Within 6 months all of the concrete started crumbing away. I contacted jack numerous times. When Jack finally got back to me, his response was that I must had gotten a bad batch of concrete and there is nothing he is going to do about it. It's my bad luck.
