This was my second time using Jack Lee Construction. I cannot say enough about how FANTASTIC they were. We contacted them in late December, 2022 for an estimate on the items we wanted remodeled. We explained it would probably be the beginning of January, 2023 before we would be ready to start our project. Stan Lee said that was fine. In January we contacted him and he started the job. We needed an interior wall removed and an ugly fireplace taken out to give us more square footage for a "Formal Dining" room that we wanted.
He estimated approximately 2 weeks to complete the job. He explained, if the wall being removed was load bearing; (it turned out it was, and a support beam had to be added) that it might take a couple of more days. We were fine with that. The job was started and completed on time. His workman showed up on time EVERY DAY. All of them were courteous. All of the men were very conscientious about putting up plastic and paper on the floors to prevent dust and debris from going any farther than need be. His son, Skylar did an excellent job, as well as another worker, Joey. There were other men too that did sheetrock and painting. All work completed was neat and well done.
We also needed another room closed off with a door. This was going to be the dedicated office. The framing and door were up THE SAME DAY. The workmanship on the office looked fantastic.
We highly recommend Jack Lee Construction. This company is honest. Has men that actually show up and do the work and the work was done on time and looked exceptional.
Thank you to Stan Lee, Skylar Lee, Joey Sweat and the many others who worked on this remodel. We would DEFINATELY CALL THEM AGAIN.
