They cracked by driveway, didn't start when they said they would, in fact were about 2 weeks later, didn't advise me to disconnect the computer and when working on the electricity, it cost me $200 to fix computer. They put a dent in the ceiling when putting in the ceiling fan and when asked to repair they swiped a swatch of similiar color on the ceiling which can still be seen as a blemish.The outlet in the additional doesn't work. When asked to repair. They stopped answering the phones. I would NOT use again.

My name is Sam. I live in Orland Park. I called this company to do a new roof for my house and we did a contract for the new roof and gutter and he charge me big money for a complete new roof and gutter. He did a sloppy job. He sent unprofessional hispanic workers. Less then 6 monthes later I had a major leak in my family room and it took two buckets to collect water. I called Jack because he gave me a five year warranty for the work he did and i was only 6 monthes in the warranty. When he was on the phone before even taking a look at it he insisted there isn’t enough instillation. When I insisted for him to come he came and he didn’t even look at the source of the problem and he didn’t even bother to look outside and he said the same excuse he said on the phone. Then he left without doing anything. Then when I called he dodged many of my calls and he refused to fix the problem. I never had a leak in my family room with my old roof so there is enough instillation and the problem is with the new roof. When I told him I would call the city he said I would call them because I wanted a free job but I payed him big money and I have a 5 year warranty for the work so I am not callling for a free job nor do i need one because I have a warranty. If he doesn’t stand uo for his sloppy work I will be taking him to court with video and picture evidence. Stay away from this slick, unprofessional buisness.
