“What My Experience Was With Jailyn Gonzalez:”
Well…Let My Disastrous Review Begin..
First of there was no working with Jailyn, She just came by to sign the invoices or to get some supplies. It starts of with Misleading Representation by her husband David Gonzalez. (her so called Consultant ) he has the gift to gab. Jailyn should have been here signing paperwork of what they were going to do, and going through the plans. The point is have everything in writing from day one with the owner there. As for Jailyn’s Bid/Contract had products that were not going to get. The scope work was not complete to the contract, and the material money was not spent on the whole job, they wanted to pocket as much as possible and Jailyn did. Jailyn walked away with money left over from ramps and doors, and used materials that Jailyn used on other jobs, Jailyn took materials that we paid for, keys, etc. Jailyn had a second Bid/Contract because we had to stop them from the job 2 times. The work was not complete and we were forced to sign the invoice saying it was complete when it was not satisfied and they would not do a final inspection because they did not want to be liable for anything. Jailyn knew we were not satisfied with the project and did not make any attempts to correct the projects. We took Jailyn on to put in a decent bathroom but we now have a unusable bathroom. We cannot use it tiles cracked, toilet not mounted, leaks faucet wrong way and not right, power chair cannot go in it because it cannot get wet the floor is too slippery, I was a year of He__, and we had to deal with them and be treated like a criminal, I am handicapped, an amputee, I was discriminated treated badly, and we owed them and now without a bathroom. Where is the JUSTICE. I Don’t Have Any…People do your research, and do it again and again. ASK for RECEIPTS AND MAKE SURE THEY GIVE THEM.
