I have had Jake Wood as my plumber for years and will not let anyone else work in my home which is in the suburb's. This is an "honest and straight forward individual." Never cuts corner's and does excellent work. Have you ever had your hot water heater go and start to leak water on a Saturday night. When I called to leave a message Jake answered even though he was at a wedding some distance away. He told me what to do to stop the water coming out and then came with a new one on "Sunday." Who does this????? That is the kind of plumber he is!
