jim west actually came and measured my house for metal roofing, windows, siding, and work on my porch. he said he could have an estimate for me the following week. he even showed me samples of siding and colors of metal roofing. that was over 5 weeks ago. i've called him several times and he hasn't returned my calls. so now with winter approaching, i have to find another contractor. this just shows me he is not the contractor you want if this is how he treats potential clients.
