*Does aesthetically pleasing work, but in my opinion lacks fundamental building principles. He uses short cuts that reveal themselves shortly after the project is “completed”.
*Does NOT get the proper permitting while doing the work, misleads his clients into believing all necessary permitting has been obtained.
I hope anyone reading this review who considers hiring this person asks for references, specifically from people occupying the spaces he has worked on, and does not make a decision based on pictures or misleading information given by James Hoy.
