We want to give Jasso Brothers Cement LLC 5 stars because we really like them and they were easy to work with. That said our patio showed the first crack the year after installation. The patio was installed in 2015 so six years ago. We now have several additional cracks and chips too. Every year the cracks get wider, longer and more of them. We had block areas of the patio stained two different colors. Within the first year Jasso Brothers came back to re-stain because all of the stain looked chipped and worn. That re-stain didn’t last, the chip and worn look returned soon after. The cut that runs the length of the patio is widening and the cement has become uneven on one side. It’ll become a tripping hazard and we fear this unevenness will continue to move down the length of the patio. Seems to us the patio wasn’t prepped correctly. Our last stamped concrete patio showed its first crack 10 years after installation and it was minor. There’s no ability to upload pictures on this site or we would have.
