  Trim one and cut two trees

  $1,400

  JC Tree Care was hired to trim one tree and cut down two trees. On the day of the job, I advised Juan Carlos, the owner of the company, to start with the tree in the front of the house until my arrival which would have allowed him entry to the backyard. Please note that my back yard is completely fenced-in and is secured with a Master's Lock. There is no entry without unlocking the lock with a key. Also note that I forwarded Juan Carlos many updates (text messages) to let him know that I was running late due to transportation issues, but that I was on definitely on my way. I even informed him that it might be best to proceed to another job, as we can reschedule another time to complete my work. At some point, Juan Carlos stop responding to my text messages. Upon arriving at my home, I saw that my fence had been dismantled and the metal links were broken and destroyed as JC Tree Care NY's workers were physically in my backyard. Not only had they dismantled my fence, but had cut down the wrong tree. It is important to note that I have pictures, video and a witness to verify my complaint. When questioned, JC and indicated that he destroyed my fence to gain access to my backyard because "you were running late." This was completely unacceptable. Juan Carlos was not only unprofessional and rude, he took no responsibility for his actions, and blamed the homeowner for his unlawful and unacceptable behavior.

  Please note that I will be filing a civil complaint against JC Tree Care NY for trespassing and the destruction of personal property. He refused to take responsibility for his actions, and instead indicated "we did the job the same way any other tree company." I do not know of any tree company in America that would trespass, dismantle and destroy a customer's personal property to gain unlawful access. This matter has been escalated and I am seeking a resolution from Angi's List and other agencies.

  Lastly, his subpar work of trying to put my fence back together is not an acceptable resolution to his unlawful behavior.

  tree removal large cottonwood in queens backyard

  Jc tree care was great.on june 17 2014 Carlos the owner gave me a great price best out of 6 estimates they give me a time that his guys would be there .and the were there on time .THEY DID A GREAT JOB TREE REMOVAL AND STUMP GRIND .CLEANED UP AREA ...VERY GOOD JOB.I WOULD RECOMEND HIM TO ANYBODY THAT ANY TREE TO TAKE DOWN
