    Flakes out on doing a job. Alberto Ramirez came out to our church gave us a quote and said he can start Wednesday. After communicating with him a few day to get everything prepared, he suddenly stopped responding. After 4 calls he final got enough courage to tell me he can't do the job. I checked his contractor license #752516. Its valid. But found it concern when listed as located in La Puente on State of California license board.

    It too bad for him. I had several other jobs in line if he did a good job. Now his just another contractor that you'll have to be careful. Definitely not trustworthy.

    Office remodel

    So I had a pretty huge decision to make- who do I hire for the remodeling at my new office? It was my first time embarking on this kind of a project and I was pretty worried. Thank God I hired Jared and his crew, they were EVERYTHING I had hoped for when hiring a GC he truly is my dream come true.
    Jared always stayed in touch he returned my calls the same day and explained the project's ins and outs.
    They delivered on time- the walls was built beautifully and below what we had budgeted.
    When we needed carpeting pulled up he and his guys squeezed the project into their busy schedule and once again delivered beyond my expectations
    Jared and all of his employees are very courteous and honestly a pleasure to work with. They were best, clean and organized
    I was left extremely satisfied with their work and since they remained on schedule, the rest of the remodel went smoothly.
    I cannot recommend J COR CONSTRUCTION enough. They have become my go to guys for future jobs and all my GC referrals go to these guys.
    My office looks beautiful thanks to them!
    Thank you Jared my heart is happy and I appreciate your commitment to excellence.
