    $95,000

    Conducted Demolition on a home built in 1908, without Primary Work Disclosure of Lead, or Habitability Plan. Demolished lead based materials without RRP certification, or EPA RRP Rule safeguards. Illegal work resulted in contamination of lead dust tested at 70K ppm. Stop Work Order issued for illegal work. Did not remediate Lead Dust or produce Lead Clearance test after contamination. Does not understand impact and risk of working with Lead Based Paints in buildings built prior to 1978. RED FLAG.
