No, come look at my flooding carport right in Blue Ridge. He Poured concrete without any pitch for drainage, need boots to get tobfront door if raining. Sits for days. Still mildew in basement, since day one. Builder, Jerry Hensley, said it was normal. Yeah right, still here 2 years later. Our contract said build would take approximately 7 mos 7 days.....well took almost 2 YEARS. Everything was a fight, even though all was clearly spelled out in our contract. Charged very excess prices to correct his shortcuts that we caught him on. Just a complete disaster. Would not recommend him or his son Nathan Hensley if you want a good build. He never did a custom home previously. He should stick to his county job full time. He's definitely a poor, part time excuse for a builder!
