JOE SACA told me I had to replace three sets of wood windows due to water damage. The window were fine; the only thing that required replacement was the glass in the frames. Unfortunately, I listened to his "expertise" and purchased three new sets of wooden frames. He did not tell the company ordering the new windows the style nor the type of wood cut. They had to be remade. Then, he installed them improperly, using a water-based caulking product. My new exterior stucco had to be removed so the windows could be recaulked. He screwed up the wiring for my wired alarm system with his caulking, shortening their length. The new windows are not wide enough for the magnets that can be used for the alarm. He installed one window so that it wasn't level and couldn't be opened and messed up the interior frame of it. He refused to complete the job. As a result of his ineptitude, though he claims to specialize in window installation, he UNNECESSARILY DOUBLED THE COST of my window replacements. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INCOMPETENT CONTRACTOR!

JES did our windows and doors. Their entire process was so easy from start to finish. Everyone was always so pleasant, respectful, and I felt fully taken care of. Their estimate was very clear, with everything line itemed, including the pricing. All materials were bought from the vendor directly per their process. Joe was very responsive and I always knew what to expect.
I had 2 other trades on site with them. One company was a little pushy, and it was causing some tension. But, Joe and his people came in, had such a great attitude, that it really disarmed the situation and everyone else calmed down a lot. I really appreciated that and all of their hard work.
They were also so nice to my 3 cats and dog!
I highly recommend JES!
