After a few very discouraging experiences with two other contractors, I made a call to Jet Industries. From start to finish, everyone I spoke with, either on the phone or in person, was polite, professional, kind and helpful. The people assigned to the job were punctual in arriving at the scheduled time. The job of installing a gas water heater and the venting necessary for health and safety, was completed to satisfaction and in a timely manner. The workers, three of which I will mention by name, A.J.,Gavin and Stephanie, went above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot say enough about this company. I look forward to the next project with Jet Industries, INC>
