The worst experience of our lives, the experts are never part of the projects, do not be fooled, the gentleman designs contracts where he does not specify what jobs he is going to carry out. Everything is extra, nothing was talking or included in the contract, be careful !! ask for references and above all investigate the companies that this man says work, nothing is true. Projects with this company takes forever.
The quality of the work is poor, the only interest of this company is to fill their pockets not the well-being of their clients. Construction permits are public, do your homework and don’t let companies like this fool hardworking people like you or me. -

I hired this company for a 203K project. He does not understand the process. He wrote what I now know to be a vague contract. For example, install windows but didn’t cap them; replaced aluminum siding but no drywall for the enclosed porch; rebuild the garage but the foundation was not included, this just names a few of the things. His bid stated he would clean and service my boiler. He did not. I know this to be true because he didn’t know it wasn’t working. He sent a guy over who didn’t know a thing about boilers. The said he would call the contractor. The contractor did not update me until I asked about the boiler. He then told me he would order a part and it would cost me $750 plus installing. I said not I will talk with my husband. We had another company come out. This man found the water pipe leading to the boiler was clogged. Once he cleaned it out the boiler came on and the radiators heated up. My current experience is he had placed a lien on my property for the balance he is due. This is why I said in the beginning he does not understand the 203K process. He cannot received any payments for work outside of the scope of work until the work within the scope was completed. He felt I was trying to cheat him. When my final work was completed I sent him his paperwork, he refused to sign it and remove the lien. He wants me to pay him additional money on top of what I owe him. This is extortion. This is only a portion of the nightmare I have endured with this man.
