Giovanni was recommended to us by a friend whose family contracts JIC. We had our condo painted and floors refinished 6 months ago. While the paint looked great, save for a few drips here and there, the flooring was another story.
The floors in our condo are all bubbling, some even peeling. I have been emailing Giovanni for 6 months to get the issue resolved, and he stopped replying to my emails 4 months ago.
While we were getting the work done, communication was excellent, the timeline was accurate, crew was friendly. This all changed once they got payment. We have been extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, especially because this was a confident recommendation from a friend.
