    Basement remodel
    $60,000

    BEWARE. Reversed hot and cold water lines, improper plumbing ventilation, damaging property, poor quality and customer service. Jack did a basement remodel and had to be fired half way through. He incorrectly installed tile in a bathroom on the walls. Floor to ceiling polished tile that they ended up scratching due to an incorrect grout removal method. He tried to say I had “defective tile”. His workers would randomly no show on construction days. Whenever I tried to address a problem I would get push back from Jack or his typical excuse was “this is standard”. Extremely unwilling to deviate from his vision. Jack is a typical turn and burn contractor. Trying to complete a project as fast as possible while cutting corners to get onto the next job. I had to pay another contractor to fix all the things he did wrong. They damaged the walls inside my house moving material, broke window wells, clogged drain tiles and stained my driveway with cars that leaked oil.

    I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. There workmen ship is the lousy.The owner of the company is full of himself. Buyer beware. Anybody that would hire them be carful.
