JKN Construction renovated both our main and half baths in November 2018. It was a complete gut job - we changed the layout and made the main bath larger. Their price came in comparable with 3 other quotes we received. We chose this company because they were recommended by a family friend. They started and finished the job according to the given timeline. That is about the only positive! The work was sub par and all of their subcontractors were sloppy. Overall I'm not happy. Some of my specific complaints: They cracked our brand new bathtub that they installed. A wall that they built was crooked. The subway tile in the shower looks like a hack job. We had them come back to "fix" some of these issues. The wall was fixed to our standards but we are still left with a crack in our bathtub and uneven tile in our shower. I would NOT recommend this company.
