  Deck repairs, concrete, roof over deck

  This review is REAL but Frank aggressively tries to take down any truthful negative reviews.

  I hired Frank to do some deck repairs and concrete work. The price and timeline he promised sounded good, but unfortunately it was too good to be true.

  He promised to do a lot of work that would be completed in a very short time frame. He said that the work will be completed faster and cheaper without a permit. Once he began, he quickly started the work, but then there were many delays and excuses.

  I paid him in advance for additional work that he never started. He has repeatedly delayed the promised and after a great many delays I asked him to return the down payments and the prepayments for materials. After that he stopped all work, left a mess in my yard, and refused to return $4,300 that he owed me.

  He got very aggressive and belligerent when he was told that the work was not completed as he promised. He claims to pay his day laborers $50 to $60 per hour. He insists that he and his workers be paid daily, sometimes directly by me. He does not say how many hours/days they are being paid for.

  SAVE YOURSELF. STAY AWAY.

  I BELIEVE THAT ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE LIKELY FAKE

  Do Not hire Frank Trevino, Jeremy Morris, his likely may aliases. or those pictured in other reviews. for ANYTHING. I Believe that he is a complete Fraud and he will likely cheat you.

  He has companies with many names "JM Solutions”; “Jeremy Morris Solutions"; "Jeremy Morris Carpentry" "Jeremy Morris Metalcraft"; https://jmsolutions.me/ “Tee Carpentry”, “Emily Trevino Construction”; “Skylights” “Disability Ramps”: and several others. It looks like his scheme goes back many years. Jeremy Morris Carpentry is no longer able to bid on HOMEADVISORS requests due to Unresolved Complaints.   I believe that he uses multiple companies to avoid bad reviews, law enforcement, and BBB. His workers drive personal cars, or rentals trucks like “Route 12 Rentals” and “Penske´. His trucks do not show any company names. He arrives in a personal car with no company name.

  Totalhouse facelift

  I worked with this outfit on a total home reface. It was a nightmare. Constant excuses. Would always leave my job and go to other jobs. Pay his people daily. He tells you one price and then it ends up costing more. I had to hire another contractor to di my siding. His name is Frank Trevino. Have multiple companies to avoid bad reviews. Has his wife drive him around. Stay away from this guy. May now be going by name TEE Construction.
