    This company is TERRIBLE! Have been dealing with the for a year via a home warranty company. The first time they came out 3 hours late. After 8 service calls, the summer was over and they could not ascertain why the AC was not working. Now, Summer #2 and they say there is nothing they can do and I should call another company. Incompetent, rude customer service, a total scam!

    JMC quick, and capable and less costly

    Have a large house- multiple furnaces and systems- JMC has been my repair service for at least 5 years now and I have no problems with them. They show up on time- the owner who performs service seems very nice and capable. Got a quote from Robison oil to fix unit for like 1200 dollars they fixed for around $300 what can be bad about that. Very fair, great service!

    Worst contractor ever

    Customer service is horrible. You have to cater to their schedule. Tech person came to my house 2 weeks ago and said I needed a new part for the heater. Took 2 weeks for them to call me back and tell me part came in. My wife waited all day for them to show up and when I called insurance company to complain, insurance company called me back and told me part is not covered. So JMC never checked to see if part was covered, made the appointment and when they found out it was not covered, never bothered to call me and tell me. They just ignored my numerous phone calls. Now I don't have any heat or hot water in my house and need to start over finding a repair person. JMC's license should be revoked and I will be complaining to NJ better business bureau.

    They never showed up for appointment. They are not only NOT reliable but not friendly either. I am also dealing with my insurance for sending them.

    customer service is rude and horrible. can not get a straight answer.
    they give you a window of time and always show up 2 hours after that window. took over 3 weeks to resolve the issue and order new part. The entire time no one gave updates about the progress of the job. DONT hire DONT call

    JMC are not courteous nor reliable. Small operation who never showed or called me. To say they were not coming. Then when they finally made new appointment refused to spend time to fix my AC. Again home warranty forced me to use them

    This company is poorly managed, the "manager" is UN-professional, has no follow through, poor attitude and doesn't understand how to treat a customer. It is apparent this company is managed from a cell phone and if you're lucky they pick up your call.
    I was forced to deal with them VIA my insurance company. after the third visit to insert freon, they finally realized the problem was more than just Freon, after some back and forth, they informed the insurance company I needed a new air handler, and I would have to come out of pocket for the compressor. I had to follow up with the so called Manager (who is probably the owners sister who can't get a job in the real world), after I called her to find the status of the air handler, she said the tech was taking care of that and she would call me back. After 5 mins, the insurance company called me to ask me a few questions about the air handler and some other fee's,.. I asked the insurance agent, when was the order placed for the air handler, she replied "just now". It's quite obvious the "Manager" totally forgot to order it. When I began to voice (in a polite manner) my disappointment in this whole ordeal and voicing the surprise I had to have to follow up with her in and do her job. She became nasty and belligerent. I asked to speak to the owner and she said "it wont make a difference, we are one in the same". I advised her I am going to call the insurance company to complain. She said we don't want to do the job any longer. When I called the insurance company to complain and make arrangements for another (professional) company to come, they called her to get her side of the events,..she stated she didn't want her Techs coming to my house because she felt it was UN-safe for them. This is laughable. I am a senior executive for a multi million dollar operation and would never threaten anyone due to the high profile position I have. This was a made up excuse on their part to hide the UN-professionalism. Their Techs are polite and courteous, it's unfortunate for them, the company is so poorly managed.
