I am 3 years into a pool and spa project with Joaquin. The pool was already built and he took over the project. Sloppy work, won't show up for weeks, uses inferior products, and now my jacuzzi has to be redone and almost all of the lights have failed in the pool and spa. Do NOT use him. Several other friends made the mistake of using him, and every single one regrets it. 3 YEARS!!!!
