Mr. Piskorski botched our bathroom renovation project. He was paid in full and in good faith as he promised to return to address all of the issues, ie, unleveled floor, polishing of marble tile that he ground from the top, thereby removing the finish, grout haze that cannot be removed, an unfinished interior step into the shower, and much more. He promised to fit us into his week end schedule on May 27th. We still have not heard from him. It is clear he will not return to correct all of these issues he caused. I would not and could not recommend this contractor to anyone. He has ignored a certified return receipt letter I sent to him on July 18 which included many photographs of the poor job he did on this renovation project. We wanted to do this project to appreciate the value of our home but instead his work depreciated the value of our home. We could never sell this house with this project as is. It must be re done.

Like the review shown above, Mr. Piskorski botched up our kitchen renovation. This job was scheduled to be completed during the summer of 2022. As we were away in another state progress pictures were provided, and in good faith he was paid in full. When we returned in mid November, we were amazingly in shock to see all the deficiencies. First, he over measured for the cabinets on one wall and knowingly forced the refrigerator into the corner. The door would not open beyond 6". This caused us to reorder the correct size base and wall cabinet at our expense. Likewise, the installation of the wall tile was so bad that it had to be completely torn out and replaced also at our expense. The existing floor tile needed additional pieces installed. Yup they were done, but small sections near the kick plate were left blank and/or filled with grout. If that wasn't bad enough, the grout lines were done in a white color when the floor remainder of the grout lines were in a sand color. Emails and pictures sent to him were ignored. At that point, we asked him not to return. Fortunately for us, we were able to hire another contractor that willingly came in to correct all the problems created by John Piskorski. He is not someone that we would recommend to anyone in the Naples area.
