DeMonaco Building remodeled the house that my wife purchased several years ago. The wood siding started buckling, twisting and cracking right away. Joe, the owner promised via text message on phone conversations to have it replaced due to a "manufacturers defect". That was well over a year ago. Well, Joe never came. Now we will see if he shows up in court. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER.
