This company did a terrible job, charging $35,000 through Pioneer Valley Planning Commission. PVPC chose the lowest bidder. I had no choice. JR used the cheapest materials and scraps from other jobs. I feel taken advantage of as a senior, low income homeowner. The gutters don't catch rain, which falls behind and through the gutters. Kitchen cabinetry that they chose is falling apart. The joinery wasn't even glued together. They patched in 10" scraps of molding, rather than full lengths, not even nailing or glueing them in place. They replaced metal bathroom fixtures with cheap, tacky plastic and an ugly bathroom lighting fixture ($25 at Lowes; they claimed it cost $90. I had to buy my own fixture, one that I could bear to look at). I found that my stained glass ceiling fixture that I made and was stored in the attic was cracked. A decorated chair that I painted, also stored in the attic was covered with tracks of caulking material. They had been doing roofing. They had to come back numerous times to fix or replace sloppy work (patched together areas, door thresholds that didn't blend with the floors, etc.). There were fails too numerous to list here.
