Joshua Ryan Ellis
Owner
Mr. Ellis was hired by my father to build a detached garage next to his manufactured home. My father paid a 50% deposit for 'the purchase of materials' as indicated in the bid provided by Mr. Ellis. My father passed away unexpectedly , and when I notified Mr. Ellis, only permits had been obtained. No materials were purchased. I advised Mr. Ellis that I couldn't continue with the project due to my father's passing. It look me 6 months of numerous phone calls, emails, and empty promises from Mr. Ellis, before the Oregon Contractor's Board finally stepped in and helped me recover a fraction of the deposit. I would not recommed Mr. Ellis to anyone.
