Absolutely unprofessional! I scheduled an appointment with them and had an emergency come up so I was not able to physically be there. However, my mother that lives with us was there and explained to Juan everything that needed to be done and I spoke with him on the phone while he was there as well. He then asked me to provide him with a detailed list in writing which we did. He replied to my email stating that he would get back to me with an estimate. A week passed and I followed up on the email. His wife replied and said they will not be providing me with service because I wasn't physically at the appointment and in her words "waisted his time." AND ACTUALLY TOLD ME TO GO ELSEWHERE!! We were willing to spend a lot to get the things we have been wanting done. This company is a complete sham and unprofessional! I have never dealt with any customer service like this with with a contracting company in my life and I work in this industry.
