One call starts the frustration. Technicians are incompetent, had air handler replaced and after installing we found leaks from ceiling where they installed. Came once to "look" came back about 7 times in the span of months with various reasons from wrong size filters to bad scheduling and .
Probably needs additional repairs and possibly mold.Technicians are usually unprepared and unequipped, no tools/parts, and my installation was ~2yrs ago, they are now running marketing around LADWP program and try bait & switch?!? Simple program paid by tax/city to get them paid with half-assed work. Big mistake having them do anything...
Be warned they will oversell and under deliver with poor quality. -

Had the best experiences with this company. My system is over 25 years old and is working like new because of their routine maintenance. They have not tried to upsell me at all in the process which is much appreciated. Thank you guys

Very Careful people !!!They are a TOTAL RIP OFF company. you call the insurance they sent these guys to fix it and they tell you that the reason why your heater is not working is because it needs a maintenance for $226, not cover by the insurance. Come to find out I didn't need the the maintenance to fix the problem to begin with, because I still have the problem and the won't give you money back the asswholes.
The are fraudulent as the get, then they want to play word games to avoid giving you your money back. Not to mention the insurance washed their hand -

My heater started making unusual sounds when I turned it on this year so I decided to give them a call. They came out adjusted my motor speed and only charged me a trip fee. Thanks for the honesty guys!

Got a rebate through the city to replace my ac system and on top of that I got financed for the work itself. So I didn't have to make any payments for 18 months and I wasn't charged interest for the period either!! With the savings that are projected it turned out to be a win-win! Happy with the free nest too!!

I don't usually leave reviews on yelp but I was so proud of the guys that came to my house and fixed my air conditioning I thought I should put my account to use I've been having issues with my air conditioning for a while now and I've had a couple companies come out here and tell me, it's this and that but no one got to get back running then I can across these guys, I contacted just one called and they came out here within a week and replaced my whole unit I couldn't be any happier to have my system back up, thank you !!

My brother’s house was having major air conditioning issues and we couldn't get anybody out here any sooner than weeks in advance so then I looked up on yelp and found just one called and contacted them and got an appointment with in the next two days and they fixed the problem they just had to replace the switch and now we have the conditioner back running thank you lots to the guys out here

I am very impressed by this company! Scheduling an appointment was very easy in the sense that their office staff was very nice and was willing to accommodate my schedule. The technician also arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He guided me throughout the whole process and was able to finish the job within an hour. I would definitely recommend them!

I called them because my condenser wasn't working and they sent a technician with in the same day. I was impressed to see that not only was a technician there at the time he promised but that he was super knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had. Their prices are very reasonable and I will be working with them for many years to come.

Worst company ever, was supposed to arrive between 8am and noon didn't arrive till after 2. Then wouldn't even touch my AC units. Had my home warranty company send another company out and they actually did their job unlike Just One Call. I will never use them again. They don't even deserve one star, The experience was worse than terrible

"JUST ONE CALL" should change their name ASAP! I've made several calls to them and my heater still isn't fixed!! My warranty company AHS sent them to my property on 2 separate occasions..(January 15, 2018 and January 24,2018) The first time my flame sensor needed to be cleaned which they charged me $275 to clean and Nick guaranteed that this was the issue and that I shouldn't have any more problem so I agreed to pay. Mind you this is the second company sent out by AHS the first 3 ppl that came out for the initial visit never mentioned that my sensor needed to be cleaned now all of a sudden it does?? It worked for 6 days and then started to have the same issues as before.. I called them again to request another visit and expressed that Nick told me that when he cleaned the sensor that it should work without any problems!! On the second visit he discovered that my wiring was "really really old" so I asked weren't you just out here last week how didn't you notice that when you cleaned the sensor??He stated that that 1st visit was for "preventative maintenance" which is complete BS! So you basically seen that there were other issues but didn't fix them because you were just here to clean?? The whole reason of the call is to repair the problem! He claimed he re-wired it and it should be working after. He was up there all of 10 min so how exactly did you re-wire the unit that fast?? It worked for a couple of hours that day. When I attempted to turn it on this morning it was blowing cold air AGAIN!!! I've changed the filters, cleaned the flame sensor and re-wired the unit and it's still not working!! I've had 5 different service calls and no one seems to know what the problem is! I called them again and the receptionist was rude and wasn't trying to help me! I requested to speak to a manager and of course no one was there and she was the only person available!! I called AHS and requested another company! I gave the first company that came down the first time a call and asked about my flame sensor they said that I indeed didn't need a cleaning and they weren't sure why they would say I needed one!! They wanted a quick buck so the lied and said I needed a cleaning when I didn't need one!! If I could give zero stars I would!! HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A COMPANY THAT'S LEGIT AND NOT FULL OF SCAM ARTISTS!!

I got connected to this company through Fidelity home warranty. My Air conditioner was out for 5 days and I took off work in order to meet the technician and I let them know when I waited 5 days that I have 2 kids under the age of 5 who are not doing well with the heat. My window to meet the technician was from 12-4 PM. I was in the middle of doing something at my house and made sure to come back to my phone at 12pm exactly to find out that the tech showed up at 11:50 PM and called me and left a voicemail, then waited 2 minutes and left. I called 3 times in 10 minutes to get him to come back and there was no answer. I called in and tried to make a complaint and the operator refused to connect me to management. Refused to give me his last name. First is supposedly David but that could be a lie. When I asked for the last name for my records as I wanted to file a complaint and he said find another company and hung up the phone. This is a very unprofessional company. Do NOT USE.
