  They are not even 1 star. This company is by far one of the worst ones that I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They are completely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and selfish. When they initially installed my bay window, they completely messed the roof up, causing a constant leak that damaged my floor, ceiling, and blinds. After being contacted multiple times, all they did was send a contractor to fix the ceiling without even attempting to understand why the roof was leaking. After a while, they completely stopped answering my emails and phone calls. It came to the point where I had to call an entirely different company so that they could fix the leak that this company caused. The new company was surprised at how horribly the job was done, informing me that everything that they could have done wrong, they did. Overall, this company is a mess: their management lacks basic communication skills, and their contractors have no idea what they are doing. Whatever you do PLEASE find a different company if you do not want to deal with what I went through.

  Replacing windows, fixing tiles in the bathroom, cleaning grout,

  They are not even one star. I wish I looked in to the company before I hire them. I have pictures and videos after they finished with my house, I am ready to post them on Facebook. On top of the the really bad job they did, JW look on to your eyes and lyes .
  We were forced to hire different company to finish. I will show the pictures at what point, after 10 long weeks. JW took my money and used it on other projects or vacation. And he is not responding to any of my messages or picking up the phone. He did not communicate with us, we never knew if he is going to send someone or not. I think he was picking his workers literally from the streets. The plumber failed to cut off the water before fixing plumbing. I have a video of the water running down from the ceiling in the kitchen. The workers would come and 50% of the time had to run to the Home Depot for supplies. Unbelievable
  I can go on and on about this company. I will try to warn others about hiring them. I would not let this company in even if the offer free services.

  Would NEVER use this company again and certainly not recommend! Came out, did a quote, 3 times the project manager came out after for measurements and lied to my face. . Weeks of excuses and delays, and continuous lies. Then I was, told the day before installation the quote was wrong and I owed 2k more if I wanted the job done AFTER I had other contractors on board for remainder of project. No communication at all with the sub- contractors that did the actual work, they were amazing and even told me JW ripped me off and they would have done same job for 1/2 the price. JW sent their own people for final part of project, not only did they do a horrible finish, they are on my cameras using my left over material I paid for to make their own projects. Called and requested the owner to contact me 4 times, did not have the decency or professionalism to call me back. Worst experience ever!! Only saving grace was the contractors they hired out, thank god I didnâ t have the work their â finishersâ left me with the whole project. I now have to pay to fix their issues and would rather have my old kitchen back.
