Lack of experience: From getting a permit to renovate my house, I had to check with the city for the next steps.
Poor management of subcontractors: Subcontractors were complaining that they had to come to my house for nothing, because of the previous works were not done.
Poor jobs: poor painting and poor caulking needed several additional works. I asked to seal the bottom, between base moulding and floor, shockingly the contractor did not know what that is. Or he just pretended he did not know so that he wanted to mislead us to minimize the work?
He delays the works to finish.
His wife claimed that she is an interior designer and promised to do interior design, but disappeared during the remodeling.
Even one star is too much for this contractor.
