I know have a leak in my bathroom coming from the roof, as well as water coming in my basement through the window. My home came with a 1 year builders warranty. I have contacted the builder several times, my lawyer has filed a formal complaint as well. The seller has yet to respond or hold up their end of the bargain. Do yourself a favor and do not patronize this company.
