I had K Pax construction company put in a floor at my restaurant last year. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the error The installer made along the edge of the wall and it was cut a little short, so I was willing to let that go however, in the waitress station there was a drain in the floor and they worked around but for some reason it was not sealed correctly. Water has gotten under it and the floor it’s chipped, and it needs to be repaired, I called Troy owner of the company and he called me back about a week later, This was late April, and said he’d come in to look at it well he never came. I called him two weeks later and it went to voicemail and then I called him a week after that and I called him the week after that and I just called and texted and I still have not heard back from Troy , so my floor is getting worse because it’s not getting repaired and he has not contacted me in over a month. I realize we’re all busy but we all need to do our part as business owners and provide good customer service. After all I did pay $7000 for the floor…..
