Same issue as above. These folks were assigned by our warranty company for two different issues—once in the summer when we were without AC for 11 days in the Fresno heat and then just this week for another electrical issue with our pool equipment. They collect their $75, don’t meet the deadline for submitting their report, and never return your call. Clearly not interested in helping those with home warranty issues. Not sure why the warranty company bothers to pay them anything.

kwm was assigned to fix an electrical problem. they called and made the appointment within 2 hours of being assigned. the tech(joseph) arrived for the appointment right on the assigned time. He found the problem fixed the problem. extremely professional and friendly.

This company is extremely unprofessional about handling any matter to home warranty. The customer service is terrible. Constantly playing phone tag because there is not an assistant to answer phones or resolve issues. Paid the company $75 to come inspect an electrical issue covered under my home warranty and they never submitted the report to my warranty company, First American Home Warranty. My company tried to contact them numerous times to retrieve the report, but never received and information. Kwm would even call the company back to resolve the issue. They kept my $75.

I paid the amount required by the warranty company but was reported to warranty company that I never paid it. I have a copy of the check from the bank. I am hoping with this information and prior information this company will get reported to the BBB for them to either impprove or get their business licence taken away
