Katz was the primary architect for the renovation of a unit in our building that came out fantastic. Based on positive feedback from those owners, we hired Katz as the architect for replacement of our building's roof and roof deck. All going well so far. We are in the middle of the more technical piece (we are actually ripping and off and replacing the roof and parapets), but renderings for the deck look great.
