Contract called for exterior wood trim to be painted with high gloss brown colored paint. As paint was being applied, we commented that the paint appeared to have a reddish tint. Painter said that as it dries it will be brown. It did not. When called to complain Contractor insisted the color was brown but refused to come by to see for himself. Would never use him again.
