At the start of our project everything was fine. Then I noticed things happening. I pointed out a few things The paint was peeling on the interior and exterior. Also the grout was coming out from between the tiles on the floor. Along with the pavers sinking around the pool. The pavers were fixed. Mark Perry assured us that after the house settled he would come a check on things and repair them. He sent the painter to repaint the exterior. it is still peeling. He sent the painter over again to fix the interior. He botched up that job as well. Mark has blamed the peeling paint on the paint itself. I have had several painters come and look. they all agreed that it was the possess of painting was wrong. We paid extra for the paint we used and it was applied wrong. The grout issue we had repaired ourselves. Mark perry refused to help us in that matter. he said it was due to house settlement. Mind you he stated he would repair things after the house settled. We also talked to him about the 4 by 4 post that are holding the staircase up, they have writing all over them. They look horrible. He has left them there for a year. We have been in our house a year in a few months. I wouldn't cost them much to help us. they got their money and now all the service and kindness is over from them. I have heard horror story like this before but never would i expect this kind of treatment from Kenmark Construction.
