    Hired them to do an addition on our home - bedroom, bathroom and roof.
    Nothing but problems. They sub-contracted someone who created ongoing problems for us and our home.
    At first, they appeared to make an effort to correct the problems but now they are upset because there are so many problems to fix and their losing money.
    Part of the project was a new roof that has leaked 4 times. A NEW ROOF with used parts!
    The subcontractor even covered/buried our sprinkler lines with cement.
    They proudly talk about their involvement, contributions and awards with the community but left two seniors dealing with their mess!
    Every company has a problem on occasion but I never expected these types of problems from them.
    Last month we made arrangements to have our insulation replaced in our attic only to find their contractors left a HUGE AMOUNT of CONSTRUCTION TRASH in our attic!
    Honestly, this experience has left us overwhelmed.

    Ken has never worked in the construction field, yes he has a contractors license but has no hands on experience. I hired Ken to add a master bath,walk in closet, and to expand my kitchen. His sub contractors have just basic knowledge.I had to do most of the clean up after he was done. I have also had to repair plumbing that was done incorrectly, how the city inspector passed it is unknown, I have also had to do roof repair because the shingles slide exposing the tar paper, his crew used staples instead of nails. I would not recommend Ken Arnold and Associates to anyone, even though he came with high recommendations from the city.
