Terrible. Left our Home remodel less than half way done after 8 months. Kenneth Keep threathening us that our project would be stopped if we didnt pay him more money. He tried giving us the cheapest quality materials he could find as well as left overs from other of his projects. We trusted him with our home and he took advantage of us. Very dissapointed.

Hired Ken Licon and his team in Spring of 2020 for a remodel. Told our project would be 6-8 months. Left our project delayed for 3-4 months without any work being completed, had workers meandering on property without any agenda. He later, then made several attempts to pause the job because his companies funds were low and needed money to tie over the completion of job. He tried giving us the cheapest quality materials he could find as well as left overs items from his other projects. Would be combative, because we asked for customize items in our home that apparently "Kenneth Licon" did not have in his. We trusted him with our home and he took advantage of us. Very disappointed. Would NEVER recommend this company, and I'm just scratching the surface.
