We contacted Mr Kincaide because of a recommendation from a friend. A section of our roof definitely needed the boards replaced. Mr.Kincaide stated that there was a possibility that the entire roof boards on BOTH levels would need to be replaced with all new wood. We highly doubted that the entire roof needed new wood, but trusted Kincaide to replace only bad wood. The original roof was 20 years old, Kincaide replaced ALL THE WOOD. Our top level had 1 stress fracture in bedroom, second bedroom had a large hit and a fracture going in three different directions, something had to of been dropped to cause the damage to ceiling ( per independent experienced contractor.) Kincaide refused to accept responsibility for the damage done to ceilings. He does good work,,,just not happy with the damage to our ceilings.
