    The owner Amy Cyprus and her husband Kip really do a great job. I don’t know how they keep up with all the activity and rental properties they manage but they have always taken good care of us and kept up the maintenance.

    I don’t know much about the business/investment side but I can tell you that Ocean Properties is affordable and Mrs Cyprus and the others in the office have been pretty easy to work with.

    I’m glad to see the Cyprus’s are doing well. I have invested with them in the past, and Kip and Amy have a lot of knowledge about the area housing market. They have a good eye.

    I was pleasantly surprised with Ocean Development. My wife and I wanted another way to invest while the standard single-family housing market was struggling and we were lucky to find them. Kip Cyprus has been a pleasure to work with.

    I don’t really do the review thing, but thought it was cool to find an LA landlord with nice places and low rent.... I was stunned when I moved here cause I couldn’t even get a place with a real heater in my price range (my Moms get’s cold really easily so even LA’s winters are uncomfortable for her at night). Anytime I’ve had a problem, Amy has gotten it taken care of.
