    Nissim, the owner of Kanizo electric & construction, insurance to name a few businessed he so boosts about.. at first he seems nice... he knows how to talk, don't be fooled. Once you get to know him you will soon find out that he brags about knowing and doing everything but he is subpar at best. I warn that this man can easily say something and promise something and change quickly.
