As a Landlord he would be considered a "SLUMLORD". The property I rent from him in Flowery Branch Ga has a front deck that sits approximately 7 feet off the ground being supported with two pillars sitting on bricks. I can simply kick the bricks from under the support pillars. Todd refuses to repair my oven, kitchen sink, and water heater...and YES my rent is paid. He makes sure that part is done. There are two very large holes in the back yard that he left there from a repair to the septic tank in 2015. These two holes are a safety hazard to my dog and kids but Todd refuses to address these issues. He is less than forthright and his only concern is money.
