The woman who runs this company is one of the most dishonest I’ve ever dealt with. Her employees removed a brand new door I had purchased for my daughter just months before. She then told us it couldn’t be reinstalled and that we would have to pay another $600 for a different door. I wasn’t happy about it but told her to order the door. She then asked my daughter if she could have the old door for her daughters house for a small amount of money. My daughter was so upset over the offer because she felt Colleen was charging me for a new door so that she could get the door she had removed for cheap. My daughter said “no”. When the new door came in, it was way too small to fit the hole. I ordered them to put the first door back. It works perfectly. There was no reason to have to buy another door. We had new paint grade cabinets built for the kitchen. They installed them and then painted them with a roller. It shows. For a number of tasks that they were asked to perform, my son in law researched and identified that they were not to code. Ms. Kubel fought everything that he uncovered, denying that they didn’t meet code. She then called me to report that he was not allowing them to do their work. She wrote me a letter threatening to walk off the job. I managed to salvage the relationship long enough to finish the kitchen. Eventually, the job was finished...thank God!
