    LHR Construction has been doing most of our remodeling on our almost-60-year-old ranch house in Sacramento, CA, project-by-project, for the last thirteen years. They've always been very accurate with their estimates, and their pricing has been fair and reasonable. They do professional, quality work--paying attention to the plans and every detail we wanted. They came up with creative solutions when unforeseen issues arose. They completed the work on time, every time. And they're honest.
    We pulled permits, demo'd, (gutted), and prep'd the spaces, recycled the debris, purchased most of the materials/fixtures/appliances and had them here ready to go--to save money--and they didn't have a problem with that at all.
    Our two bathrooms and kitchen were gutted and remodeled, closets enlarged, foundation/walls rebuilt, new plumbing/wiring installed, entire HVAC system replaced and moved to the garage, windows replaced, (by window company), new roof, (by roofer), painting, and tons of little stuff done. From the outside you can't tell yet, but the inside is looking pretty good! We're almost finished!
    I completely trust LHR Construction with anything I need remodeled/built.
