  Our water heater rusted a hole through the bottom on June 30th. We made a claim with our home warranty company on July 1st. They assigned it to Lakeview Plumbing. Since it was the weekend of 4th of July, which was on Tuesday, they could not send someone out to until that following Thursday to assess the damage. My husband sent the requested photos to the manager on Monday, July 3rd. Our home warranty company advised that we would be charged out of pocket for several items that were not covered under our policy. We agreed and Lakeview came out on Saturday, July 8th to put in our new water heater. The workers came unprepared. They were missing parts that were needed to complete the job. My husband happened to have the parts and provided them. The installation looks like crap and we were still charged for parts that were not provided. The workers took off with tools belonging to my husband and did not advise that they completed the job for my husband to inspect. I text the phone number we had, since they refused to answer phone calls, and asked for a detailed invoice for the amount we were charged, with no response. The next morning, I walked into the garage and smelled gas. I advised my husband to check the water heater to ensure we did not have a gas leak. Wouldn't you know it... we had a gas leak. We contacted the home warranty company and Lakeview. They stated that someone would be out to fix the gas leak today, July 11th. And of course, same as the previous reviews, no one showed up, no phone call, and they have ignored all calls from us. My husband now has to fix the gas leak so that we can have hot water and be able to take our scheduled trip to see family tomorrow. This is the WORST plumbing company I have ever dealt with! They deserve negative 5 stars.

  Fix faucet

  $75

  I had an emergency on Tuesday but they couldn't come until the next day (wednesday). I asked please call to let us know when they can arrive. No phone call, he just shows up unexpected while I am away. I race home and he says he can not do any of the work because he was not given a work order detailing why he was there even tho I had called twice and that morning just to confirm and everything was fine on thier end. If he showed up not prepared to fix anything then why did he even come? After calling the office he says sorry I'm right and he will come back Friday. Friday noone comes and no phone call. Saturday I call and the office says he will come Tuesday next week. Tuesday noone comes and no phone call. I call Wednesday and noone in the office. I call Thursday and I'm told someone will come Friday 11am-3pm. Friday noone comes. At 5pm Friday someone calls and says "you had a window of 3pm-5pm right?" I said "no" and that I expected someone that morning. He says sorry and he mixed up his appointments but will be at my house at 5:30pm that day. I said ok but please tell me if you are late or cant come. Again, noone comes or answers my text. Later that evening plumber texts and apologizes for not showing up but promises to come the following morning (Saturday). Saturday noone calls or shows up. Now I'm stuck waiting another week all while not being able to take a shower or bath. Very simple solution of fixing the faucet. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a plumber. There is a reason why you can not leave reviews on thier Yelp. If it were possible, then they would have a very low rating and no business.

  garbage disposal

  They are the worst company to deal with. Were supposed replace garbage disposal on 3 separate occasions. Each time they never showed up and never called. When I call I was told "I'll call you back in 15-20 minutes" only to never receive a call back. I wasted 3 full days of waiting and trying to get a hold people to get it fixed. I spoke with Sergio who apparently is the manager and explained everything to him and still they screwed up with no one coming. If 0 or negative stars were an option it would be just that. Do not use this company!

  The service is very bad. They kept postponing the schedule. It took more than a week to have a technician to start work. The technician came to open the ceiling, then left saying that he was going to get some parts. Apparently he left for the day getting parts as an excuse. Never recommend this contractor
