He scammed me out of $10,000. He proposes a project, but is unknowledgeable, unskilled, and unprofessional. He lied about his qualifications. I've been going to court with him to get my money back for over a year. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. James Qiu fraudulently claims to be an architect, which is illegal to practice as an architect because he is not licensed. He told me the project will be completed in 2 months, after 3 months he was unable to produce any work, however demanded more money and threatened me. I had to take him to court because he threatened me and refused to return the money he did not earn.
