  Cement sidewalk and driveway lip and pavers

  $4,000

  DO NOT HIRE!!! Had cement work done for my in laws: a driveway lip and the cement sidewalk. It is cracking and stones (rock fill) is showing after only a little over a year! Said he was working in PA and would contact us upon his return and never did! DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!! Will be seeing him in court!!

  I’m astonished of the negative reviews for Leermi Construction. Initially, I obtain multiple price quotes from vendors and Leermi provided the best quote and less by $15k. Miguel (owner),was attentive and his crew was amazing. My job was intricate and required hands on supervision throughout the completion. The job details were stucco in front of my home, pavers around my pool, yard grading, cement in driveway, cement sidewalk, wood deck, front entry repoint, front pavers, and drains. After the job was complete, Miguel did a walk through and corrected any small details he felt needed corrected. Also, at the end of the job, he had his workers stop by and power wash all work areas. Amazing service and satisfied customer.

  Driveway bathroom

  I used Miguel to do my house on Staten Island and the one in pa it's been hell trying to get him to finish never answers the phone the bathroom leaked and collapsed the ceiling in basement never sent nobody to fix at first he was good then it went sour I'll see him in court

  Outdoor front staircase and concrete driveway

  $6,700

  I hired Miguel to build my staircase in front of my home, and concrete my driveway. Now the staircase, and the driveway has cracks. I call him so he could correct the problem, and he sends men that dont have a clue on what they are doing. Still waiting for the repairs. Beware do not hire this contractor.

  Miguel and his workers just completed my entire back yard, front yard, sidewalk, and drive way. The amount of work was huge and the cost reasonable. He and his crew did an exceptional job on my house. I am extremely pleased with the work done by is crew. Miguel was on site every day! They were on site at 7:30 am sharp until after 5 pm everyday working hard. I am highly impressed with the pride he takes in his work. I am extremely happy and would use his services again and recommend him to others.

  Basement remodel

  The absolute worst contractor I’ve ever dealt with. Unprofessional, half ass work and charges an arm and leg for incomplete job..
  Had to keep calling them back for the same job and up to know it’s still incomplete!! Avoid at all cost!!

  cement work, tile, fence, molding,etc

  Miguel takes on too much and thinks his unskilled workers can do any and everything. They show up late and sometimes not at all. He sends different guys to finish the job that the first crew started. They do half a** jobs, that don't look professional at all, cut corners, and don't clean up well. Do not pay in full until you thoroughly inspect job!!!
