Legacy did an awesome job with our bathroom remodel. From start to finish they were always professional, easy to get ahold of, and showed up when they said they would show up. Highly recommend.

Uses unlicensed workers for plumbing then gets a licensed contractor to pull permits for butchered work. Terribly framing and ductwork. Brings trash from other job sites into customers home and yard. Puts holes in your roof that leak and they never fix it. Refuses to give insurance information for damages in home or lawyer information. Won't answer phone then files a peace order against customer's trying to resolve unfinished business. Runs dryer exhaust more than 10ft which is fire hazard. Uses 2.25"wi nails for uncured masonry with construction adhesive ito fasten 2x3" to a dirty 80 year old block wall. Damages attic ladder with door during demo while customer is on the ladder. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever encountered. Recommend avoiding at all costs.

Had a leak in the roof and they came out right away and put a tarp up. They did came out and repaired and replaced partial roof. I reached out to them about all the nails that was left from the old/new roof and they said to look and never came back out. Reached out almost 2 years later because I have another leak and i called and sent emails to Brandy back in August 2024 and now it's November 2024 and yet have heard back from them. I will not use them again. Tell me you have a warranty on the work and yet when you have an issue no one contacts you back. They are great in the beginning but after the work completed good luck getting in touch with them.
