If there was an option to make this a zero star review, it would be more appropriate. My refrigerator and range were both dispatched to this company through Sears/Cinch Home Warranty. They fixed the oven ignitor, but while doing the repair, the tech and I both noticed a crack in the inner glass of the oven window. The tech didn't cause it, but rather we found it during the repair. The tech took a picture and said he'd have to post a report, as it wasn't on the original repair ticket.
I called back 2 days later, and again 1 week later, to just find out the status of my repairs (did they order the parts, etc). I asked about the oven window and was told it was denied. I immediately called Sears and they told me it wasn't denied.... they had no record of it! Leotech outright LIED about the oven window being denied. I followed up with Sears and now 3 weeks later I've finally gotten the ticket reopened and a different provider will be looking at the cracked oven window.
Leotech not only needs to drastically improve their CSR's customer relations training, but they also need to work on their accountability and response.
Horrible company and I would not recommend to anyone. If this company is dispatched by a home warranty program, don't wait to request a reassignment.
