Brinson Construction designed and completed modifications to our brand new home in Canton and did a wonderful job! Les and his crew removed walls and installed new windows. We highly recommend Brinson Construction!

Brinson Construction worked at our home from October 2015 thru May 2016 in Ellijay Ga. The cost exceeded budget by 35%, the projected length went from 3 months to 7 months. Factors; lack of focus on productivity, no attention to budget on a cost plus percentage basis, lack of access to quality subconstractors and no attention to the detail and quality of work being done. The overall work was poor quality. Brinson expects the homeowner to identify poor quality and to intervene with subs, etc. Homeowner still correcting costly errors. Bad tile work, bad sheetrock and finish work. Hats off to Jimmy Pearden, cabinets, and Jimmy Blackwell, mason. Mr. Brinson is a carpenter and lacks necessary project management skills. Home owners, beware. Be on the job site daily, know building codes and watch everything closely. Good features; installation of doors and windows, carpentry work done by staff carpenters, siding work,. outdoor deck work. If you are seeking meticulous quality and timely work from a unique architectural design, and attention to budget......I rate Brinson Construction 2

It was an amazing experience. We’ve built or remodeled a lot of different homes over the years and this was by far the most detailed contractor that we’ve ever used. Every step of the way Les constantly walked us through it showing and explaining us all of our different options. If we ever had any questions he was always available to talk even on weekends. The quality of their work and craftsmanship was second to none. They always showed up whenever they said they would and always kept the job site clean. We will definitely be using Brinson Construction for all of our future needs.
