Was referred to leupitz for a home inspection and could not be more displeased with the lack of effort even put into the inspection. I work in the construction industry with specializing in flipping houses and have seen several reports that are much more thorough on homes that have been rehabed. Inspector did not enter the attic space because "lots of insulation" also stated that they "could not locate water heater" and called out a siding repair. The "siding repair" was the access panel for the water heater. The information provided in the report was items that could be seen in 5 mins of walking the property. Don't waste your money for a 12 page report that is 11 1/2 pages of pretyped info. Wouldn't pay more than $20 for the services provided. Completely appalled that they can be considered a home inspector.
